ZNICE operates the website znice.es, a free decision-tools platform based in Spain. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZNICE. Contact: [email protected].
What data we collect
ZNICE is a static website. No user accounts exist. No tool inputs are transmitted to a server.
The following data may be collected:

We do not collect tool inputs. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics platforms on this site.

ZNICE uses one first-party cookie: a localStorage entry that stores your cookie consent choice (accepted or declined). No third-party cookies are set by this site. If you decline cookies, the site functions normally — no functionality is restricted.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are managed via a third-party email service provider. By subscribing, you consent to your email address being stored by that provider and used to send ZNICE update emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your email address is not shared with any other party.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data retention
Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
