Workshop

Decision Framework Workshop

Typically includes

Pre-session intake to define the decision and its constraints
3-hour live session (remote or in-person) using adapted ZNICE frameworks
A structured decision brief document, delivered within 48 hours
One follow-up review call within 30 days

Decision Process Audit

A structured review of how decisions are currently being made in a business or workflow. This surfaces where the process has gaps — missing criteria, unweighted options, absent second-order thinking — and produces a set of actionable changes.

Typically includes

A structured intake questionnaire covering 3-5 recent significant decisions
Analysis of the decision process against a standard framework checklist
A written audit report with specific findings and recommended changes
A 60-minute debrief call to walk through the findings

Scope note: the audit covers process, not outcomes. It does not evaluate whether past decisions were correct — it evaluates whether the process was sound.

For: teams that need a specific decision tool built for their context — a pricing calculator, a hiring filter, a project scoring system

A custom-built decision instrument adapted to a specific business context. Built as a standalone web tool or a structured spreadsheet, depending on the use case and audience. Delivered with documentation and a handover session.

A working prototype for review, with one round of revisions
Final deliverable: a working tool plus a brief usage guide
Handover session to ensure the team can use and adapt it independently
